By creating an account or accessing the Insight You platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please discontinue using the service.

Adult-use policy

Insight You is currently for people aged 18 or older and is not directed to, or permitted for, anyone under 18. By creating an account or continuing with Google, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Service Description & Purpose

Insight You provides self-reflection journaling tools and cognitive graph visualization to help individuals reflect on their thought patterns and foster self-awareness.

3. User Accounts & Data Ownership

• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities under your account.

• Ownership of Content: You retain ownership of the journal text and personal reflections you author on the platform.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

Users agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt infrastructure, or engage in unlawful activities using the service.

5. AI-Assisted Features

Insight You uses a third-party AI service to organize journal content into groups and connections for self-reflection. Automatically generated results may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your circumstances.

Do not rely on these results for medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or emergency decisions. Third-party data processing is described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Availability & Service Changes

Insight You is currently provided free of charge and as available. I may maintain, change, limit, or discontinue parts of the service when necessary and do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

7. Voluntary Support

Any contribution to the creator is entirely voluntary, is not payment for a service, and does not provide analysis quota, features, or other in-app benefits.
